Harrison Greetings & Delight Invite are open Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm PST. If you have contacted us outside of our business hours or you reached our answering service, please leave a message and we will return your call ASAP! All messages are returned as fast as we possibly can (usually within an hour or so). Friday messages will be answered on Monday. Should you need to contact Harrison Greetings immediately, please email us at email@example.com. We usually answer emails in the evenings and weekends when possible.
A professional graphic designer will create your personalized digital proof by hand. We will be emailing your custom proof within 24-48 Business hours. Once an email proof is approved it will be sent to the printing queue. Once in the printing queue there cannot be any changes made. So, be sure to approve your proof after all changes have been made. Helpful tip: Have several people look over your proof. That can be an assurance that any changes can be found.
For more details on the different customization options, call a Customer Support Specialist between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM PST. Monday-Friday. 1-800-438-5829! If revisions are requested, we will revise the order per the request and email a new proof. The order will remain on hold until the proof is approved. Please note, we are not responsible for any delay on an order due to a customer failing to approve their proof in a timely manner
Orders that have been placed can only be canceled within 24 hours and has not yet been printed. Please see below for our Cancellation of Order.
Delight Invite orders are shipped via USPS priority. The transit time is 2-3 business days upon shipping your invitations. We usually print and ship out your package the same day (or next day) you approve your proof. Our turn around time is extremely fast! You may think that our shipping prices are a bit high, but we have to ship your order with insurance and a tracking number, so the shipping prices are set by the US Postal Service and we add a $1-2 handling fee.
Harrison Greetings orders are shipped within 3 to 7 business days after order approval. Allow 3-5 days for Fed-Ex ground delivery, depending on where you are located relative to our print shop in Orange County, California. Express services are also available for an additional charge. Shipping rates are determined by the size of your order, and location of recipient.
If you provide an incorrect shipping address on your order form, and we are charged a $14 address correction fee from Fedex, you are responsible to pay this correction fee. We cannot assume responsibility for an address entered incorrectly by the customer. Thank you in advance for understanding our policies.
Harrison Greetings & Delight Invite do not offer returns on any order. Our customers have 5 business days to inform us if anything is wrong with their order. We will be happy to EXCHANGE your product if there was an error with your order on our part. On orders that have personalization, we are not responsible for any errors if you approved your proof. You are responsible for looking over your proof very carefully to ensure it's accuracy. All sales are final. Your products are packaged professionally for safe shipping and your products are thoroughly examined before shipping.
We do not provide or sell your information to third parties. On occasion you may receive news and promotional materials from Harrison Greetings.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. During the order and payment process, some of your personal information is collected to process payment and deliver your order. We use a secure credit card processor with high level data encryption so that you can trust that your information is safe.
We collect sales tax on all orders shipped within the State of California. There is no sales tax on orders shipped outside of California.
Rush orders are available for an extra $25. Rush means that we will put your order at the front of the pack and get your cards out within 1-2 business days of when you placed it.
We strive to get personalized orders out as fast as possible. Depending on the time of year and how many orders are ahead of you will determine how fast we can get your order out to you.
Cancellation of Order
If you have placed an order online or with an account specialist over the phone or email, once your order has been entered into our system, you are in contract with Harrison Greetings, Delight Invite, and Ministry Greetings. You may cancel however you only receive store credit equal to your order. Thank you in advance for understanding our policy. We will do everything we can to satisfy you and make your experience a positive one.
